Job summary

Currie & Brown (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Philippines to lead cost consultancy services, manage client relationships, and oversee project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

You will prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations, and final accounts, supervise junior QS, and contribute to business development through proposals. Strong procurement, contract negotiation, and familiarity with SAP Ariba, CostX, and AI tools are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' technical delivery experience within a global construction consultancy.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with procurement management and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cost consultancy services to clients with accuracy.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and monthly valuations.
• Lead and manage other Quantity Surveyors on projects.
• Assist in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Promote quality management systems and SOP adherence.
