Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and professional qualifications.
• With over or 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for all projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all commercial and quantity surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Education
