Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Sr. Quantity Surveyor to support the Development & Commercial Advisory team, delivering commercial management and quantity surveying projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will prepare budgets, manage contracts, conduct cost analysis, and ensure compliance with standards, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and professional qualifications.
• With over 8 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating strong expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and management of project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for all projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all commercial and quantity surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
