Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and professional QS qualifications.
• 8+ years of relevant experience demonstrating strong quantity surveying expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Sharp attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for all projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
