You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors, review contracts, monitor expenditures and forecast budgets, and apply cost estimation software and MS Excel to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct risk analysis and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
