Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Quality Managers and Quality Analysts to achieve quality objectives.
Oversee quality audits and ensure compliance with client requirements, HIPAA, and internal standards.
Analyze quality metrics and drive corrective actions and improvements.
Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports using advanced Excel.
Partner with Operations, Training, and clients to drive process improvements.
Lead governance meetings with internal and client stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
