Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Auditing Senior Analyst to help aggregate top issues affecting decision accuracy across markets. You will support audit quality from planning through re-audit, ensure timely completion of audits, and provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance.

In this role, you will mentor new analysts, collaborate with team leaders, and stay up to date with policy and guideline changes while developing documentation for audit tools.

Qualifications

• Standard QA profile.
• At least 3 years solid experience; 1-year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, prioritize and report top issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and workflow.
• Support internal audit quality from audit planning, implementation, feedback and re-audit as required.
• Complete audits within the required timeframe and provide timely feedback to agents to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and Quality Lead for team performance enhancement.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate with training partners to fill them within deadlines.
• Remain knowledgeable about Client's products and community standards.
• Ensure awareness of Content Policy and guideline updates.
• Mentor new Quality Analysts on audit tools and systems.
• Develop process documentation and feedback on audit tool functionality.
