Job summary

Aumni seeks a Quality Control Specialist IV in the collateral operations team to perform independent quality reviews of completed cases, ensuring documentation is complete, properly indexed, and supports lien perfection and ongoing monitoring.

You will identify exceptions, coordinate resolution with stakeholders, and maintain strong quality standards aligned to procedures and controls, contributing to audit-ready records across secured lending processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing, collateral operations, documentation review, or a related financial services function.
• Working knowledge of secured lending documentation and collateral perfection concepts, including UCC filings where applicable.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret procedures and apply them to quality reviews.
• Ability to identify issues, assess impact, and support resolution through escalation and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear documentation of findings.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to partner with stakeholders across teams.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Ability to use data to identify quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
