Job summary

CI&T is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to safeguard quality across end-to-end digital solutions. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Playwright, while exploring AI-assisted workflows to improve testing efficiency and reporting.

The role requires a solid QA foundation, hands-on automation experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Remote-friendly with potential hybrid arrangements and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong foundation in software QA and testing principles.
• Experience with test planning, design, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, strategies, and cases from requirements.
• Perform smoke, regression, end-to-end, and UAT support.
• Identify dependencies and assess impact of changes.
• Validate environments and manage test data.
• Document results and quality metrics.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD when possible.
