Job summary

Outsourced is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to own quality across our cloud-based applications. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute functional and regression tests, and drive AI-assisted testing initiatives.

You should have 3+ years of QA automation in cloud environments, strong Playwright experience, familiarity with CI/CD, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience with automation in cloud environments.
• Experience with Playwright preferred; Selenium acceptable.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Codex, Claude, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in fast-paced environments with tight release schedules.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Support rapid release cycles and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Work with AI-assisted development tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Act as a QA orchestrator to reduce manual effort by AI-driven approaches.
• Continuously improve and evolve existing AI-enabled QA workflows for speed and efficiency.
