Job summary

Outsourced is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to own quality across our cloud-based applications. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute functional and regression tests, and drive AI-assisted testing initiatives.

You should have 3+ years of QA automation in cloud environments, strong Playwright experience, familiarity with CI/CD, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

3+ years of QA experience with automation in cloud environments.
Experience with Playwright preferred; Selenium acceptable.
Exposure to AI tools such as Codex, Claude, or similar.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in fast-paced environments with tight release schedules.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of quality assurance across our cloud-based applications. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, contribute immediately, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across cloud environments
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality across the SDLC
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Support rapid release cycles and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Work with modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Act as a QA orchestrator, working within established QA processes to reduce manual effort across the team by introducing and scaling AI-driven approaches
Continuously improve and evolve existing AI-enabled QA workflows, incrementally increasing speed, efficiency, and overall team productivity

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation in cloud environments
Proven experience with Playwright (Selenium acceptable, but Playwright strongly preferred)
Exposure to agentic AI tools such as Codex, Claude, or similar
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
