Job summary

APPLY is seeking a senior QA lead to drive testing strategy across web platforms, mentor junior QAs, and align quality with client goals. You will design automation frameworks using Cypress/Playwright, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with product teams from planning through release.

Ideal candidates have strong JS/TS skills, 7+ years QA experience, and proven ability to scale automated testing, accessibility, and performance testing across complex CMS-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience (automation preferred).
• Experience designing and executing test plans across web apps.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and QA methodologies.
• Experience automating tests with Cypress/Playwright and integrating into CI/CD.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and dev teams early in development.
• Lead test execution and defect lifecycle management; mentor QA peers.
• Perform manual and automated API testing; ensure robust integration.
