• Excellent verbal and written communication for vendor liaison and cross-department work.
• On-site work in General Trias, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Procurement Operations to ensure timely sourcing and delivery.
• Manage Supplier & Vendor relationships and performance.
• Drive Cost Optimization across procurement and inventory functions.
• Coordinate Inventory & Fleet Support activities to support operations.
• Handle Liquidation & Documentation processes.
• Track and report performance metrics and savings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management—preferably within the trucking, logistics, or automotive fleet industry.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with procurement software or ERP systems, or XERO Accounting systems.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor liaison and cross-departmental coordination.

• Location: Must be willing to work on-site in General Trias, Cavite.
