Job summary

LALAMOVE PHILIPPINES INC. in Manila is seeking a Procurement professional for project-based work to source reliable vendors, request quotes, and purchase goods that meet quality and quantity needs, including trucking partners.

You will negotiate pricing and terms, manage vendor relationships, maintain contracts and records, and ensure purchases stay within budget while complying with policies and legal guidelines. Onsite work at PITX Paranaque.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Fleet, Logistics, or Operations.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Purchasing: Find reliable vendors, request quotes, and buy goods that match company quality and quantity needs. Source truckers with sufficient fleet, request trucker rates.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and conditions favorable to the company, and prepare contracts to secure best value.
• Vendor Management: Build a pool of reliable truckers, measure delivery performance, resolve delivery issues including billing.
• Inventory & Record Keeping: Keep accreditation and contracts, secure signatures along with Annexes.
• Compliance & Budgeting: Ensure all purchases stay within budget and follow company policies and legal guidelines.

What you'll do:

• Sourcing & Purchasing: Find reliable vendors, request quotes, and buy goods that match company quality and quantity needs. Source for best performing truckers with sufficient fleet count, request for trucker rates.

• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and conditions favorable to thecompany, and prepare contract to secure the best overall value.

• Vendor Management: Build a pool of reliable truckers , measure delivery performance – ontime truck arrival and availability, and resolve delivery issues including billing.

• Inventory & Record Keeping: Keep accreditation and contracts, secure signatured along withthe Annexes.

• Compliance & Budgeting: Ensure all purchases stay within budget and follow company policies
  and legal guidelines.

What we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Fleet, Logistics, or Operations.

• Experience in vendor sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City
