Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist for the Pursuits + Work Winning team to lead proposal activities across buildings design and consulting. You will craft client-focused content and high-quality submissions, positioning TYLin for success regionally and across practices.

You will collaborate with marketers, SMEs, and technical leaders to ensure accuracy, messaging, and differentiation while guiding junior staff and improving tools and templates.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in proposal, technical writing/editing, or marketing (AEC preferred).
• Ability to analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and craft client-focused responses.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent MS Word; strong Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; Adobe CC skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
• Client-focused with ethics and integrity in delivery.
• Mentorship and knowledge-sharing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development for Buildings pursuits in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with marketing, SMEs, and pursuit teams to produce high-quality submissions.
• Support sector priorities, qualifications, and work-winning initiatives.
• Lead responses to RFP/RFQ/RFT with schedules, content, and compliance.
• Drive debriefs and continuous improvement; develop templates and tools.
• Coach Coordinators through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Lead interview preparation for shortlisted pursuits and client presentations.
• Edit content for accuracy, tone, and TYLin/Introba branding.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, legal, and technical teams as needed.
• Develop and tailor capability statements, resumes, and materials.
