Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Pursuits + Work Winning team for Buildings sector. The role involves proposal development, qualifications, marketing information, and other work-winning activities for multidisciplinary building design, engineering, and consulting opportunities.

The coordinator will work under mentorship, coordinate submissions with technical staff and subconsultants, and help prepare interview materials, marketing content, and sector resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting proposals or marketing within the AEC industry preferred; exposure to Buildings/design is assets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat); Illustrator/Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Specialists in coordinating Buildings pursuits by tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Lead or co-lead small, low-complexity proposals and qualifications packages.
• Support interview preparation activities for shortlisted pursuits.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and sector resources.
• Provide support for proposals, qualifications, and client/government forms.
• Complete forms, assemble qualifications packages using existing content.
• Draft and edit proposal sections, resumes, project descriptions, and graphics.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
