Role Description

The Senior Property Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on promoting and selling SPI’s residential and mixed-use properties, guiding prospective clients from initial inquiry through site viewing and closing of sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, coordinating property tours, presenting project features and pricing, preparing sales proposals, and assisting clients with documentation and reservation procedures. The Senior Property Specialist maintains strong relationships with clients and brokers, provides regular market feedback to management, and collaborates with marketing teams to support promotional activities and events. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records, and upholding Shang Properties’ standards of service, professionalism, and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property leasing, or high-value customer-facing roles, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide consultative guidance.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain property features, pricing, and contract terms.
• Competence in basic sales reporting, lead tracking, and use of digital tools such as CRM systems, email, and office productivity software.
• Knowledge of the local property market in the National Capital Region and familiarity with condominium and mixed-use project selling processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and coordinate onsite client meetings, property tours, and events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach, with willingness to work weekends or extended hours when required by client schedules or events.
