Role Description

The International Property Specialist/ Territory Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Metro Manila, with a mix of on-site client engagements and work-from-home activities. The role focuses on promoting PHirst Park Homes properties to international and overseas Filipino markets, managing inquiries, and guiding clients through the home-buying process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting online and in-person presentations, coordinating property viewings, and preparing sales proposals and documentation. The specialist maintains regular communication with clients, provides after-sales support, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and accurate project information. The role also involves participating in marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to expand reach and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present clearly, negotiate effectively, and build trust with diverse international clients.


• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, client care, and maintaining long-term relationships.


• Candidates should possess knowledge of Residential Real Estate, including property features, communities, and the home-buying process for local and overseas buyers.


• Candidates should possess familiarity with Commercial Real Estate or broader real estate markets, enabling informed discussions on investment potential and value.


• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience working with overseas or OFW clients, proficiency in English and Filipino (other languages are an advantage), basic digital marketing skills, and comfort using online meeting and CRM tools.


• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, and prior real estate or sales experience, are preferred but not strictly required.
