Job summary

Shang Properties, Inc. is seeking a proactive real estate advisor based in Mandaluyong to promote and sell SRPI/SPI’s residential properties.

You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct property viewings, prepare sales proposals and documents, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. You will build strong client relationships, stay informed on market trends, and represent the company professionally at events, roadshows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Real estate sales experience including lead generation, client consultation, and closing transactions.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of local market trends, property valuation basics, and PH regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation in English; Filipino or other local languages is an advantage.
• Valid Real Estate license in the Philippines or willingness to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Shang Property Advisors will be responsible for promoting and selling SRPI/ SPI’s residential properties, providing clients with accurate information on project features, pricing, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing sales proposals and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and representing the company professionally at events, roadshows, and client meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong City, requiring regular collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Real estate sales experience, including lead generation, client consultation, and closing transactions.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property valuation basics, and relevant regulations in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and inquiries, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Valid Real Estate license in the Philippines or willingness and eligibility to obtain one.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to providing a positive client experience.
