The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and delivering professional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing. The Property Specialist also prepares sales documentation, coordinates with internal teams for reservation and contract processing, and participates in marketing events, open houses, and networking activities to expand the client base. Ongoing market research and product knowledge updates are essential to effectively position Ayala Land Premier properties against competitors.

Qualifications
