Role Description

The Property Specialist will engage prospective buyers through various channels, respond to inquiries, and build long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams on inventory and documentation, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring that all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves achieving sales targets, participating in marketing activities, and maintaining a professional presence at events and project sites.
