Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and coordinate maintenance and compliance. This role includes an AU Immersion Program with travel to Australia every 3 months for on-site experience over the next 2 years, and requires 2–3 years of Australian property management experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Australian property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Experience with property management software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to Australia every 3 months for immersion.
• Experience using PropertyMe or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and select tenants through background, credit, and reference checks.
• Prepare, manage, and renew lease agreements; handle terminations.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repairs; handle emergencies.
• Collect rent and maintain accurate financial records.
• Stay updated with landlord-tenant laws and enforce lease terms.
