Job summary

Ayala Malls is seeking a visionary Leasing Operations Division Lead - Projects to steer complex retail, office, and mixed-use leasing initiatives in Metro Manila. You will set strategic direction, align cross-functional teams, and drive redevelopment programs that enhance property value and operational performance.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in commercial real estate leasing, with at least 5 years in leadership within retail leasing operations, plus strong skills in negotiations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 5 years in leasing operations management within the retail industry in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in lease strategies, retail market analysis, forecasting, lease structures, negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Sound financial acumen, with knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio) and familiar with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of the interconnection between financial, operational, and business objectives.
• Strategic, data-driven, process-oriented, and risk-based mindset.
