Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Property & Facilities Specialist to manage daily facilities operations, procurement, and logistics for its Muntinlupa site. The role requires 7+ years in related fields, with supervisory experience and strong vendor coordination abilities.

On-site position with regular 8AM-5PM hours, Monday to Friday, offering allowances for telecommunications, medical reimbursement, and health benefits (Vision/HMO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in property, facilities and procurement roles with supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes and internal controls; experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and courier services.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Property & Facilities Support: oversee upkeep and coordination of office facilities and leased properties; coordinate with landlords and service providers for maintenance and utilities; monitor assets and produce basic facilities reports.
• Procurement Support: manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, canvassing, vendor coordination, and PO processing; maintain supplier records and contracts; monitor vendor performance and escalate issues; ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Logistics Coordination: coordinate logistics for office supplies, equipment, and assets; track deliveries and transfers; liaise with couriers and internal teams; maintain delivery records.
• The role ensures timely delivery of goods and services and compliance with company policies and standards.
