WHR Global Consulting in Muntinlupa on-site is seeking an experienced Claims professional to accurately and timely process claims, review supporting documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role includes supervising junior staff, coordinating with Claims Adjusters and other departments, and supporting audits and process improvements to maintain high-quality claims data and service levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–4 years of claims processing experience or related field.
• Strong knowledge of claims management procedures and software.

Mansioni

• Review and assess claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Process claims within established timelines and determine actions.
• Assist in settlements or payouts per company guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and act as SME for the team.
• Mentor junior staff and support onboarding.
• Generate reports on claims status and trends.
• Ensure documentation and data quality for audits.
