Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site; ensure facilities services meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Act as primary on-site contact for the client; manage service requests, escalations, and safety standards.
• Submit timely client and operational reports; track preventive maintenance; close tickets and actions; review vendor performance and budgets.
