Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead new-build construction projects on site, coordinating civil, structural, architectural and M&E work through TOP/CSC and handover.

You will manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety and contractual compliance while liaising with clients and authorities. A degree in Civil/Construction and 10+ years of main-contractor experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong project planning, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects through TOP/CSC and handover is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new-build construction projects from planning and execution through TOP/CSC and handover.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, resources and work procedures to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural and M&E coordination.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor project progress, cost, risks and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with QOSHE, ISO and statutory requirements.
• Support tender submissions, pricing, negotiations and tender interviews when required.
• Report project progress and key issues to the Project Director.

• Must possess substantial new-build experience in residential, condominium, commercial or landed projects.

• Main-contractor experience is required.

• Experience managing projects through TOP/CSC and handover is preferred.

• Strong project planning, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders.

• Strong Project Managers ready to progress into a Senior Project Manager position may also be considered.
