Job summary

Goldenhand Management Services Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute building operations, from pre-construction to final handover. You will manage every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, proven PM experience in commercial or residential buildings, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven working experience as Construction Project Manager in commercial or residential building.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, drawings, and building regulations.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage expenses to prevent budget overages.
• Secure permits, licenses, and ensure adherence to local codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Direct on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure top-notch quality standards.
• Track key performance indicators and provide clear status updates to clients and stakeholders.
