Position Overview

Kingstone Services is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously. This is not a standard administrative role — we are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership of live projects, ensures every detail is managed with precision, and serves as the central communication hub between clients, site teams, suppliers, and the office.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, anticipating challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, providing progress updates and ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Monitor project programs, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
• Review material schedules, oversee procurement, and coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers and site teams.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and project coordinators to resolve issues proactively.
• Track outstanding actions, inspections, engineer requirements, and project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and internal systems.
• Ensure quotations, variations, purchase orders, and project information are updated and accurate.
• Follow up on outstanding information from clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Drive efficiency across the business by improving processes and maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and material specifications.
