Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for new build projects to lead from planning through completion.

You will develop schedules, supervise the project team and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to drive timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership and knowledge of QOSHE, ISO standards, and construction methods, with a track record in managing budgets, risks and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing new build projects from planning through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, QOSHE and statutory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new build construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work programmes and construction procedures to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project QOSHE requirements, quality plans and ensure compliance with ISO and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project.
• Review and approve method statements, technical submissions and construction documentation.
• Provide technical input for tenders, including pricing, negotiations and client tender presentations.
• Lead the project team, oversee procurement and supplier performance, and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Resolve site issues and project risks promptly while maintaining project quality, cost and completion targets.

5.5 days (Monday - Friday, Sat Half day)

Basic Salary: $8000 - $10000
