Job summary

HRTX in NCR is seeking a seasoned Construction & Project Development Operations Lead to drive end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through handover on onsite roles. You will oversee multiple large-scale developments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The role requires a civil/engineering or construction management background, a professional license, and at least 15 years of senior leadership experience in property

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional engineering license is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in construction and project management.
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale property developments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction and project development lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Oversee multiple complex projects with strict timelines and cost efficiency.
• Provide strategic direction on construction methodologies, planning, design development, and site execution.
• Review and approve project designs, specifications, quantity surveying, cost estimates, contracts, and variation orders.
• Direct the selection, negotiation, management, and performance evaluation of contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, risk registers, milestones, and rigorous quality standards across all sites.
• Work alongside senior management, internal project teams, and external partners to resolve complex technical and operational issues.
• Present financial performance, status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations directly to executive management.
• Ensure absolute compliance with regulatory requirements, engineering codes, site safety standards, and corporate policies.
• Drive continuous process improvements across construction workflows, cost control mechanisms, and delivery systems.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing construction and project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong financial acumen regarding project budgets, procurement strategy, and the commercial drivers of property development.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and manage risk in a fast-paced environment.
