Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager (M&E) to drive the transition to net-zero across Southeast Asia.

You will lead the complete project lifecycle—from due diligence and engineering finalisation to procurement, installation, and testing & commissioning—for multi-million dollar industrial chiller plant optimizations, HVAC retrofits, and large-scale solar PV assets. Qualifications

• Hands-on PM experience in M&E building services.
• Experience with chiller plant overhauls or C&I solar PV projects.
• Knowledge of EPC or Energy Services business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&E retrofits and Solar PV projects across SEA.
• Formulate execution plans with master schedules, risks, and cash-flow projections.
• Oversee installation to ensure compliance with schematics and codes.
• Negotiate with Tier-1 OEMs and regional sub-contractors.
• Manage fabrication timelines, shipping, and on-site deployment.
• Enforce WSH standards and manage variation orders.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of high-efficiency systems.
• Collaborate on M&V infrastructure to track guaranteed baselines.
• Lead handovers from construction to O&M.
• Act as technical interface for clients and regulators.
