Job summary

DNV seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to support Solar PV and Hybrid BESS advisory across the Philippines and APAC. Lead Owner's Engineering, due diligence, construction monitoring, and risk management for developers and investors.

You will drive technical excellence, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and contribute to business development while traveling as required across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, OE, EPC, or consulting.
• Proven delivery of Solar PV, BESS, and hybrid projects with lifecycle experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from development to operations.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and construction activities.
• Experience performing technical due diligence and lender's advisory.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills in English.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM and electrical technical lead for Solar PV, Wind, and BESS projects.
• Oversee project execution from proposal to completion, on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across APAC and engage stakeholders.
• Provide OE, technical due diligence, and construction advisory services.
• Support business development and client engagement in renewables.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across teams.
