Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and control of EPC projects, including solar farm initiatives. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires licensed Civil or Electrical engineering credentials, +10 years in EPC project management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer.
• Formal training or certification in Project Management preferred.
• At least 10 years as a Project Manager in EPC/construction environments (solar farm projects).
• Experience in electrical, industrial, infrastructure, power, transmission, or substation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities; adept at negotiating and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities.
• Ensure achievement of SHE, quality, time, and cost targets.
• Manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and resources.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays.
• Lead project teams in collaboration with HR and other departments.
• Manage client and vendor relationships and address project concerns.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
• Ensure site safety and environmental program implementation.
• Ensure permits, licenses, statutory, and company requirements compliance.
• Provide regular and accurate project reports to senior management.
