Job summary

Benifex is growing its first project management team in the Philippines to support our APAC customers. You will own a portfolio of customer projects and manage planning, implementation and tracking to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will work office-based during probation and then move to a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). We seek experienced PMs with proven delivery, system integration expertise, and a proactive, accountable mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with PM methodologies (PMI/Prince2).
• Experience delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience with system integration projects (HR/Payroll).
• Demonstrated drive to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage projects using our methodology.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with sequence of activities.
• Manage issues, risks and change requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Produce clear project documents and reports for stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to senior customer representatives and executives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients.
