Job summary

Benifex is growing its first team of project managers in the Philippines to support global APAC customers. You will own a portfolio of customer projects, spanning new implementations and renewals, and you will plan, implement and track them to ensure on-time delivery to agreed standards.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience with knowledge of at least one PM methodology (PME, PMP, Prince 2)
Experience delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously
Experience with system integration projects (ideally HR or Payroll integrations)
Evidence of proactively driving improvements
Completer-finisher with ownership and accountability
Frequently challenges the status quo and removes barriers with effective solutions
Knowledge of project management reporting tools such as projectmanager.com or MS Project

Responsibilities

Plan, implement and manage the project following the company's project methodology
Create and maintain detailed project plans with identified activities
Manage issues, risks and change requests for on-time delivery
Produce and deliver clear project documents using multiple inputs
Deliver project presentations to Senior Customer representatives and stakeholders
Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior level customers across multiple clients
