Job summary

Benifex are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a growing Philippines-based team in Cebu, supporting APAC and global customers. You will own a portfolio of customer projects, plan, implement and track delivery, manage risks, stakeholders and drive on-time outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience with at least one PM methodology (PMP/Prince2).
• Experience delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience with system integration projects (HR/Payroll).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage projects following our methodology.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Manage issues, risks and change requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver clear project documents and presentations to stakeholders.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior customers and executives.
