Job summary

Benifex Limited in Cebu seeks an Implementation Consultant to set up customers for success, owning portfolios and guiding new and renewal projects. You will refine requirements, design technical solutions, implement and test, and support go-live with a collaborative cross-functional team.

You will work on configuring OneHub, managing CAT testing, and ensuring timely delivery while building strong customer relationships and growing with the role.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology with ability to program in one language (C#/SQL preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role (support/implementation).
• Logical thinker with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations with fairness and empathy.
• Team player who collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers, leading smaller implementations.
• Gather and document customer requirements and produce detailed designs.
• Design technical solutions to meet project goals within our technology.
• Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements.
• Guide customers through CAT testing and go-live.
• Mitigate risks and manage project collateral.
