is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support the Project Manager and technical team across documentation, procurement, vendor coordination, compliance, and stakeholder management in a multi-project setting. The role requires a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of collective project construction or admin engineering experience and 3 years in project cost monitoring.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with valid accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years collective project construction or admin engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years in project cost monitoring and engineering support role.
• Experience in Ports and Offshore construction.
• Experience in procurement management and project workflows.
• Experience in cost management, contractor management, data analysis, and documentation and control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, correspondences, plans, and progress reports.
• Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and monitoring reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager in preparing accurate and timely material requisitions and purchase requests.
• Monitor procurement schedules, validate deliveries, and ensure conformance to project requirements.
• Assist in the review and evaluation of vendor proposals, delivery documents, and billing submissions.
• Monitor daily manpower deployment and prepare site attendance or DTR summaries.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, offboarding, and documentation of site personnel.
• Identify required project permits and ensure timely application, renewal, and release.
• Coordinate with local and national agencies for permit processing and inspections.
• Assist the Project Manager in updating work schedules and tracking actual accomplishments vs targets.
