Job Description- Monitor and control project expenditures, contracts, and claims from suppliers and contractors, providing planning and cost-control support, including variation reporting, milestone tracking, and preparation of customer billing requirements.- Coordinate with departments, contractors, and suppliers to develop project objectives, review plans and proposals, manage changes during execution, and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and schedules.- Prepare and present project documents, schedules, and status reports to management, while providing engineering support and supervising construction activities to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with 3–4 years of experience in engineering, project management, or construction, and familiarity with design and estimating processes; PRC license is an advantage.- Proficient in engineering software (CAD, SketchUp, Planswift) and MS Office applications, with strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrates high integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in managing engineering and construction projects.
