The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager for marine/port projects, with strong capabilities in cost control, project scheduling, and knowledge of relevant regulations. This role ensures project compliance and quality, delivering successful outcomes in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily site construction activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract compliance
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Licensed Civil Engineer
