Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a VP Programmatic based in Spain to own the programmatic engineering domain. You will oversee architecture, roadmaps, and strategy across client/server auction infrastructure, video, consent management, and monetization at scale.

You will lead a compact team of ~10 engineers, set priorities, and engage with Prebid, IAB, and other external partners while ensuring privacy and performance metrics are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership in adtech or SSP/prebid ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and roadmap for programmatic engineering end-to-end.
• Lead client-side and server-side auction infrastructure and related services.
• Drive performance, latency, and scalability across the bid path.
• Represent the org in Prebid, IAB events, and external partners.
• Mentor two team leads and directly guide the engineering team."
