Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Data Engineer for a partner company based in Spain. The role is remote-first with Europe-wide scope, focusing on building customer-facing data products from complex, large-scale, and often unstructured data.

You will own end-to-end data product initiatives, spanning data processing, ETL/ELT, orchestration, AI-assisted search, and LLM-powered capabilities, while balancing quality, performance, cost and customer value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering with large-scale processing
• Experience building customer-facing data products
• Familiarity with unstructured data and data pipelines
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT and orchestration tools
• Ability to ship end-to-end features from discovery to production

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate data products transforming raw data into customer-facing insights
• Develop large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark and PySpark
• Work with unstructured datasets to extract meaningful information
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery to production release and iteration
• Contribute to AI-assisted search, recommendations, and LLM-powered features
• Design reliable workflows with Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar
• Collaborate with data engineers, backend engineers, and stakeholders
• Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, and maintainability
