Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Chief Technology and Product Officer based in Spain to lead a 25+ person global product and engineering organization, guiding AI-native data platform strategy and high-scale scraping infrastructure.

Reporting to the CEO and working with the board, you will shape architecture, unify product lines, and drive AI/ML adoption while remaining hands-on to resolve critical issues in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product and/or engineering teams in highly technical environments.
• Experience managing 25+ professionals across multiple countries and time zones.
• Deep hands-on expertise in web scraping, proxy networks, anti-bot, or related large-scale infra.
• Strong ability to align product vision with business strategy and technical architecture.
• Proven track record applying AI/ML to product development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and technology strategy across scraping infrastructure and APIs.
• Scale a 25+ person distributed product and engineering organization.
• Define architecture and engineering direction for scalable infrastructure.
• Develop and execute a unified product roadmap across multiple lines.
• Drive AI/ML adoption across product portfolio and workflows.
• Collaborate with CEO and board to align tech strategy with growth plans.
• Strengthen vendor relationships and optimize proxy operations.
• Lead post-merger integration of tech and product capabilities.
• Foster high-performing, autonomous engineering culture.
