Job summary

Qualifications

JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
Extensive experience handling international commercial transactions and enterprise agreements.
Strong knowledge of privacy, data security, IP, and data licensing areas.

Responsibilities

Structure, negotiate, and close enterprise sales, partnerships, and data licensing agreements.
Act as a trusted legal partner to sales and business development teams to enable deal execution.
Provide guidance balancing business objectives with legal protections.
Design scalable legal processes, templates, and contracting playbooks.
Advise on privacy, data security, and AI-related legal issues.
Advise on cross-border matters across UK, EU, and APAC.
