Job summary

PCI Private Limited is seeking an experienced (Senior) Program Engineer for our Business Unit, based in our Laguna office. The role emphasizes coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely NPI delivery and smooth production handover.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, expediting materials, participating in delivery calls, and mitigating risks to maintain on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in EMS/Manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on delivery plan and follow up.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and plan.
• Participate in customer conference calls for delivery matters.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure on-time delivery for NPI shipment.
• Analyze forecast waterfall and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee transition from prototype to production to meet requirements.
