Job summary

PCI Private Limited, part of Celestica, invites you to join our Laguna-based team as a delivery and NPI coordination specialist. You will liaise with customers, production, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery and seamless transitions from prototype to production.

We value a Diploma holder with 5+ years in EMS/manufacturing, familiar with SAP or MRP, and strong communication to manage risks and stakeholders in a dynamic, work-from-home setup before office relocation.

Qualifications

At least a Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EMS/Manufacturing industry.
Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably in SAP.
Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery plan.
Monitor and work with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and production plan.
Able to participate in customer's conference call for delivery matters.
Monitor the project schedule and ensure on-time delivery for the NPI shipment.
Able to analyze the forecast waterfall.
Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and customers, to provide updates and ensure alignment.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the NPI program, such as supply chain issues, production readiness, or design flaws.
Overseeing the transition from prototype to production, ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient and that the product meets production requirements.
