Job summary

• Degree with minimum 5-8 years related working experience in corporate account management / EMS Industry.
• Technical degree is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects.
• Ability to supervise entry-level and administrator staff.
• Understanding of development lifecycle and contract management, P&L, and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Drives problem resolution and Continuous Improvement for PMs with cross-functional teams.
• Prepares and maintains performance data and presents findings to PMs.
• Plans materials for customer site visits and business reviews with Customer Experience Team.
• Leads day-to-day customer engagement, CRG communications, and coordination with CFT, inventory & metrics.
• Manages daily customer interfaces for POs, commitments, queries and requests; supports cNPS improvement.
