Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to prepare regular profitability reports and support the Commercial Finance Manager in making data-driven recommendations for product profitability.

The role involves building lifetime profitability models, partnering with Product Heads, Risk, and senior management to help hit profitability KPIs, and driving initiatives to benchmark and improve the performance of major product lines such as POS and Cash Loans.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a finance, commercial, or business analyst role.
Familiar with personal/consumer loans and/or Credit Cards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly profitability reports for major products (POS loans, Cash Loans, Revolving Loans, Value-added services).
Act as primary Finance contact for initiatives related to assigned product.
Create lifetime profitability (LTP) models as needed by business units/streams.
Maintain high integrity in reports; ensure LTPs are accurate and timely.
Benchmark Home Credit's products against competition and suggest modifications.
Support digitization efforts around LTP reporting.
Lead projects or project steps within broader initiatives.
