Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to deliver regular profitability insights and lifetime profitability models for key product lines. You will collaborate with Product Heads, Risk analysts and senior management to help meet profitability KPIs.

You will prepare monthly reports, serve as the finance lead on product initiatives, and support digitization efforts to improve reporting efficiency. A strong Excel skillset and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

1–3 years+ experience in a finance, commercial or business analyst role.
Familiar with personal/consumer loans and/or credit cards.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly profitability reports for core products (POS loans, cash loans, revolving loans, value-added services).
Act as primary finance contact for initiatives related to the assigned product.
Create lifetime profitability (LTP) models as needed by business units.
Ensure LTP reports are accurate, reliable and timely.
Benchmark products against competition and suggest improvements.
Support digitization efforts around LTP reporting.
